About Us

County Line Home Design Center (CLHDC) is a Design Build Home & Garden design center and the creative effort of John and Penny Bohnen. In the real estate business for over 30 years, the Bohnens realized they had collected an impressive list of specialized resources to provide custom home and garden design. We have over 3,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor showroom space. Featured are solid wood Amish hand built cabinetry, various samples of installed Amish custom flooring, leathered quartzite countertops, a porcelain vein matched fireplace mantle, leather walls and ceilings (yes, that's right), and our brand new charming store within a store Scentimental Gardens (flagship store is located in Geneva). In the spring we will feature a brand new Courtyard Garden!

Diane will then develop a design plan custom to your needs, bring in the necessary artisans and manage your project from start to finish.
